It's Armand from Anne Rice's book 'Vampire Armand' which I've read recently and this is how I imagine how he looks like When I was painting his portrait I was inspired by Caravaggio and High Renaissance artists (it was even mentioned in book that Armand looks like Caravaggio's god).
